VIP road is a 5 km long road build along "Upper Lake".Its a very Beautiful Road With Many arts and Paintings on the Roadside walls.On the Other side a View of Upper Lake is a Quiet Relaxing. Its Just Like Marine Drive Of Mumbai.One can reach here anytime but morning and evening is best time to visit.
